Important Instructions for Students
To maintain academic excellence, decorum, and compliance with regulatory bodies, all students enrolled in the D.Pharm program must strictly adhere to the following rules and instructions. Non-compliance will lead to strict disciplinary action.
1. Attendance Requirement (Strictly Enforced)
As per PCI & BTEUP guidelines, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in both theoretical lectures and practical lab sessions.
Students falling short of the mandatory attendance criteria will be strictly barred from appearing in the annual board examinations.
In case of illness or emergency, a formal leave application along with valid medical certificates must be submitted immediately to the administrative office.
2. Standard Dress Code & Identity Card
Every student must attend the college in the prescribed neat and clean college uniform.
Wearing a clean white Lab Apron is mandatory for all practical/laboratory hours.
Carrying the college Identity Card (ID) is compulsory at all times within the campus premises.
3. Ragging-Free Campus (Zero Tolerance Policy)
Ragging in any form—physical, verbal, or mental—is a punishable criminal offense under the law.
Our campus strictly follows a Zero Tolerance Policy toward ragging. Any student found indulging in such activities will be immediately expelled from the institution, and a legal FIR will be registered.
4. Code of Conduct & Lab Discipline
Students must handle all laboratory equipment, chemicals, and apparatus with utmost care and under the supervision of faculty members. Any damage caused by negligence will be fined.
Use of mobile phones inside classrooms, laboratories, and the library is strictly prohibited.
Damaging college property, writing on walls, or loitering during class hours will attract severe penalties.
5. Examination & Academic Performance
Students must appear in all internal assessment exams, sessional tests, and practical evaluations.
Internal marking and final board exam clearance are heavily dependent on the student's continuous academic performance, assignments, and behavior throughout the session.
