Admission Process

We welcome meritorious and dedicated students to join our Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) program. Our admission process is transparent, straightforward, and designed to assist you at every step. Follow the guidelines below to secure your seat.

Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide


Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before applying, ensure that you fulfill all the eligibility requirements (Passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, and completed 17 years of age).

Step 2: Application Form Submission

  • Online: Visit our official portal and fill out the digital admission inquiry form with accurate details.

  • Offline: Visit the college campus directly to collect the prospectus and the physical application form from the admission desk.

Step 3: Document Verification

Candidates must submit self-attested copies of the following mandatory documents for verification:

  • Class 10th Marksheet & Passing Certificate

  • Class 12th Marksheet & Passing Certificate

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) & Migration Certificate

  • Character Certificate (issued by the last attended institution)

  • Recent Passport-size Photographs (5 Copies)

  • Aadhaar Card (Candidate & Parent)

  • Caste, Income, and Domicile Certificates (if applying for state scholarship/quota)

Step 4: Seat Allotment & Fee Submission

Once your documents are verified and your eligibility is confirmed, the admission seat will be allotted as per BTEUP / Government norms. To confirm the admission, the candidate must deposit the prescribed academic fee within the stipulated timeline.
